Quick Start · First Offshore Shift

Use this sequence when operating the system for the first time.

Operations Guide

Confirm project, vessel and operational context.
Verify required equipment in Asset Control.
Confirm where each transponder/sensor is physically installed.
Review maintenance due and certificate validity.
Select the operation in Asset Operational Readiness.
Resolve NO-GO and assess REVIEW items before starting.
What should be automatic?
Asset installation / movement → Shift Timeline
Maintenance ATTENTION / FAIL → OPEN Action + Handover
Certificate risk → OPEN Action when relevant
Operational Readiness → Shift record
Relief → inherited actions for next Surveyor
ACK → permanent Shift History evidence
Document authority
SPH guidance supports execution and operational consistency. Controlled company procedures, project requirements, approved risk assessments and applicable OEM manuals remain authoritative. Model-, firmware-, vessel- and project-specific parameters must be confirmed against those controlled sources.
